We designed this offering as a way for us to be in space with each other, and as a destination that excites and inspires you with fresh and meaningful practices that support you on and off the mat.

What to expect?

We will pack 4 weeks of our recorded live-sessions into your on-demand package. This way you have the opportunity to keep your spiritual practices going and to stay healthy, fit, and more balanced. We will also add 3 of our functional fitness sessions each month.

The classes

Gentle Yoga Flow

The focus of this practice is to lengthen and to strengthen our bodies and our minds.

Mindful Yoga Flow

The focus of this practice is to change the energy in our bodies and to lift our mood.

Wellness Yoga

The focus of this practice is learning new tools and techniques to feel better and more balanced.

Functional Fitness

Functional Fitness is a combination of low impact cardio training, modified strength exercises for arms, legs, and core and healing stretches.

Yoga is a physical, mental, and spiritual practice and a path to promote overall well-being

It emphasizes breath, precision, coordination, flexibility, and core strength and helps people to connect to their bodies and minds in a way that they haven’t been able to achieve with traditional strengthening methods.

The pandemic gave everyone in the yoga community a very valuable chance to practice anytime and anywhere. Practicing yoga online has also helped our communities to stay bonded.

Flexibility

We always offer modifications to make everything accessible and doable for our students. Everything is taught in a way that you can move as far into a posture as YOU need. Accepting our limits is one of our most important messages.

Health Issues

Yoga offers successful and complementary healing in the treatment of chronic pain, addictions, mood disorders, and even lessens the severity of some symptoms of cancer and some side effects that arise from these treatments.

About Thrive Magical Yoga

My yoga journey started in 1992 in Austria, where I am originally from. For more than two decades I have been a student and teacher of yoga for people of all ages and fitness levels, including children.

One of my greatest talents is to create a safe and a healing environment. Everyone is welcome in my classes. I invite inquiry and the opportunity for my students to be receptive to the needs of the moment – noticing body, mind and breath as an avenue to their own inner wisdom. My classes are cohesive, energy-balancing, and welcoming to everyone. I am planning to be a lifelong student and teacher of yoga always learning, studying and exploring new things.

My biggest strengths are to inspire and to empower people going through life transitions with spiritual wisdom and practical tools to make life richer, easier, and more meaningful. I am known for my loving energy, playfulness, and dedication in helping people to become more aligned, more balanced, and more wholesome.
